16th IOS PG Students Convention

Dear Students & Colleagues,

It is with immense pleasure, the Organizing Committee extends a Hearty Welcome to the 16th IOS PG Students' Convention at Visakhapatnam during 16th-18th March,2012. This City of Destiny in Eastern Ghats beckons you to its azure sea, Sun Kissed beaches and glorious heritage. Known for its diversity, Visakhapatnam is blessed with Nature's Splendors and home to Major Industries, Information Technology and a Natural Harbour. Visakhapatnam is a major tourist attraction and in well connected by air, rail and road to all major cities. GITAM Dental College & Hospital is located in the beautiful clean & green GITAM University Campus near Rushikonda Beach.

'New Vistas in Orthodontics' being the theme, the participants can learn about up to the minute advances from the leaders of Orthodontic Practice, Research and Academics. The budding Orthodontists and Practitioners will also be trained by the finest minds in Orthodontics in practicing latest techniques and unlocking the secrets of running a highly successful practice. This also serves as a platform for developing extensive networks and nurturing lifelong friendships. A total of Seven Pre and Post Convention Workshops are arranged on highly relevant topics. Further, free breakfast session for the early registrants are on the anvil. For the first time, this Convention provides opportunity for approximately 300 delegates to present Scientific Papers in addition to Posters / Table Clinics. Delegates have to submit the registration forms for scientific presentations along with the registration receipt before 15-01-2012. The Trade Fair promises to be interesting with special offers for the Students and Life Members. As on campus accommodation at nominal rates is limited, the students are advised to register immediately to avail this facility.
